The course is designed for those responsible for developing, implementing and assessing the air operators’ safety management system. This course aims to provide comprehensive training in SMS by developing and expanding delegates’ knowledge and understanding of safety management concepts in accordance with ICAO Doc. 9859 and Commission Regulation (EU) No 965/2012. Delegates will acquire the knowledge to help develop the safety management system, including how to write the manual, implement key components of a basic SMS and assess the operators’ SMS using SM ICG/EASA Management Assessment Tool.
